• Travel Arrangements

Services indicated by an (**) LEAFS Provides the services listed on the page with the exclusion of those listed by (**) are provided by one of LEAFS preferred vendors. Preferred vendors are insured and licensed professionals in their fields.

Additional details:

1. The minimum requirement of services is 1/2 hour
2. Services are billed per 1/2 hour
3. We have the right to deny any service that is against the law
4. Both LEAFS Personal Concierge Service and Client agree that the relationship created by this Agreement is that of Independent Contractor, and not that of employee and employer, and shall not be construed otherwise.
5. Clients who refer LEAFS services, that result in a new contracted client will receive a 10% discount on their next service.
6. .55 per mile if LEAFS has to drive further than 7 miles from the client’s residence.
